General Information

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms are designed to protect both the client and the artist, ensuring a smooth and professional working relationship.

I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable with or that does not align with my artistic style and values.

Payment

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).
Payment is accepted via PayPal, Ko-fi or Vgen.
Full payment upfront is required before I begin any work on your commission.
If payment is not received, your slot will be placed on hold and I will move to the next client in queue. Your slot will be resumed once payment is confirmed.

Commission Process

After payment confirmation, I will begin working on your commission.
All revisions and major changes must be requested before I start the sketch. Once the sketch is approved and work begins, no major changes can be made.
You will receive work-in-progress (WIP) updates at key stages: sketch, lineart, and color.
Minor adjustments (colors, small details) at the final stage are included at no extra cost.
Estimated delivery times are listed on the Prices page. These timeframes refer to active working time (when I am actively drawing), not calendar days.
My standard working schedule is Monday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST). Sunday is my rest day — no work will be done on Sundays.
Delays may occur due to workload or personal circumstances — I will always keep you informed of any changes to the timeline.
Early delivery is possible depending on workflow and queue position, but it is not guaranteed. The times listed represent the maximum estimated timeframe.
Once a commission is completed and delivered, the client has 24 hours to request any minor final adjustments. After this period, the commission is considered finalized and no further changes will be made.

Revisions Policy

Revisions are accepted before the sketch begins. This is your window to request changes to pose, composition, character design, and details.

Additional revisions (up to 4 more): $10 USD each.

Maximum 6 revisions total per commission.

Once the sketch is approved and work begins, no major revisions (pose, composition) can be made. Only minor adjustments at final stage.

Usage Rights

All commissions are for personal use only.
You may use the artwork for: profile pictures, social media posts (with credit), personal prints, wallpapers.
You may NOT use the artwork for: commercial products, NFTs, AI training, redistribution, or claim it as your own creation.
Commercial use is not available at this time.
I retain the copyright to all artwork created. I may use the finished piece in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise (with an additional privacy fee).

File Delivery & Formats

Each commission includes one format by default — choose either PNG (transparent background) or JPG (with background).
Resolution: 300 DPI. Sizes vary by commission type — see Prices.
Editable files (PSD/SAI/CSP) are not available.
Files delivered via email within 24 hours of final approval.

Cancellations & Refunds

Before work begins (before sketch): Full refund available.
After work begins (sketch started): No refunds.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if the client is uncooperative, disrespectful, or violates these terms. No refunds will be issued once work has begun, regardless of the reason.

Important: "Work begins" means when I start drawing the sketch, not when I send the first WIP. Please request any cancellations before this point.

What I Will NOT Draw

Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
Explicit NSFW / sexual content involving minors
Extreme gore or graphic violence
Content that promotes illegal activities
AI-generated or traced artwork requests
Anything that makes me personally uncomfortable

I am active on Instagram for portfolio updates and artwork sharing, but commission requests via DMs will not be accepted. Please use email for all commission-related communication.
